The accreditation of the College of Social and Administrative Affairs, Havířov (VŠSS) and government approval dated November 30, 2007 were the crowning of the long-term effort of Havířov city to obtain an academic statute. The founder of private VŠSS is the Institute of lifelong education, Havířov, p.b.c.
According to the accreditation approved by the Accreditation Committee of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports the VŠSS offers under the study program Economic Policy and Administration two study branches:
Both study branches combine the knowledge of economic, law, social, administrative and other professional disciplines to provide the graduates with the corresponding theoretical knowledge as well as practical skills required by the market. Both study branches are offered in a full time and part time form. The program last three years, the earned degree “Bachelor” (Bc.) corresponds to BSc.
